Core Principles

1Respect & Professionalism

Treat all members with respect and courtesy. Avoid engaging in any form of drama, racism, sexism, hate speech, or expressing hate towards other members.

2Integrity

Be honest in all your interactions. Do not falsify flight reports, statistics, or any other information.

3Community Spirit

Help create a positive and welcoming environment. Support fellow pilots and contribute constructively to discussions.

4Operational Standards

Follow proper procedures and maintain the quality standards as insrtucted by your recruiter during checkride.
